Electrical Foreman

About This Role

As an Electrical Foreman at Benmar Electric, you'll lead crews on the projects that are shaping Texas' infrastructure. You'll be responsible for managing daily field operations, coordinating with project managers, and ensuring your team delivers quality work on schedule.

From border security installations to large-scale solar farms and commercial developments, you'll oversee the execution of complex electrical projects from start to finish. This is a leadership role for someone who takes pride in building teams and delivering results on the most demanding job sites in the state.

What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise electrical crews of 5-20+ workers on large-scale projects
• Plan and coordinate daily work assignments and crew schedules
• Read and interpret project blueprints, specs, and construction documents
• Ensure all work meets NEC standards, local codes, and project specifications
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates to project managers
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a zero-incident job site
• Manage material orders, tool inventory, and equipment on site

What We're Looking For

• Valid Texas Journeyman or Master Electrician license
• Minimum 5 years of commercial or industrial electrical experience
• At least 2 years of crew supervision or foreman experience
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage diverse crews
• Excellent knowledge of NEC codes, OSHA regulations, and construction safety
• Ability to travel to multiple project locations across Texas
